His dream has always been to have his own restaurant. Light seasonal cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, presented on fine, plain porcelain from Hering Berlin. Since 2014 Fabian Denninger has been the owner and chef de cuisine of the Entenstuben in Nuremberg. Just two years later the small restaurant for 30 guests was awarded a Michelin star. Denninger cooks tastefully clear compositions with international influences. One example: fresh Bavarian prawns with sourly marinated cucumber and peanut crumble - attractively presented on Stefanie Herings plates with an extra-large sideboard. "These plates complement our simple cuisine wonderfully. I need 'space' to present my dishes," says Fabian Denninger. "I never get tired of this porcelain!"
