After a year full of French “joie de vivre” (lust for life) and remarkable moments of enjoyment at Irma la Douce, head chef Michael Schulz earned his first Star in 2021. Despite the high demands that he himself has for his modern cuisine, Schulz's primary concern, together with owner Jonathan Kartenberg and Sommelier Sascha Hammer, is to establish a ‘savoir-vivre’ in the capital city. His unique Bouillabaisse is searching for its place in Berlin with its flavouring finesse and best quality. For this highlight, Schulz was looking for special porcelain that illustrates the variety of flavours and treats the palate.
