The service, developed by head designer Stefanie Hering in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Harald Rüssel, also goes well with European-style autumnal banquets, such as the game menus traditionally served between St. Hubert’s Day on 3 November and Christmas. It is not for nothing that the decoration draws on the tradition of hunting services like those made by classical porcelain manufactories for royal houses.
